My fees for sessions are as follows:
50 minute session $140
75 minute session $170
90 minute session $200
50 minute session with 2 or more people $165
75 minute session with 2 or more people $195
90 minute session with 2 or more people $225
If at any time legal services, school observations and/or meetings are requested, I bill my standard rate for time spent fulfilling the request.
Insurance
I am an out-of-network (OON) provider for insurance carriers. Please check with your insurance company to determine what your coverage benefits. I am happy to provide you with a statement and any additional information that your insurance company may require for you to be reimbursed. You are responsible for filling out and submitting any necessary paperwork to your insurance company.
Payment
I accept cash and checks. I use the Cash App for credit card processing. Payment is due at each session.
Cancellation and Late Attendance Policy
I have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Missed sessions (less than 24 hour cancellation or a no-show) will be billed at the regular rate and are not covered by insurance. For late arrivals, appointments will end at their scheduled time.
